Why do some shirts cost more than others?

The cost depends on the type of textiles used, with higher grammages often being more expensive. Additionally, many printed shirts are sourced from rejected or second-hand garments. These are carefully selected, allowing them to be offered at a lower price.

 

How does a return work?

Return the product to the address listed in our Impressum. Please send the product with a tracking number so that you can provide proof of your return in the event of loss.

The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.

 

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the return has arrived, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used to place the original order. The legal processing time is up to 14 business days.

 

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
